Bike-sharing: Time to crack down on free-riding?

Prof Andrew Delios, Head of the Dept of Strategy and Policy at NUS Business School, discussed the business model of bike-sharing schemes in Singapore. He highlighted that before we reach the stage of Amsterdam – one of the most bike-friendly countries in the world - here in Singapore, it is important to regulate this growing industry.
