Brexit and the reversal of globalization

Prof Chen Kang from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS analysed the effects of Brexit and opined that the world is starting to see the disadvantages of globalisation, and the West, as a result, is losing enthusiasm for it. He added that the reversal of globalisation is bad news for many Asian countries, including China and Singapore, as there will likely be a gradual contraction in exports and dwindling foreign direct investment.
