Call to raise older workers’ CPF contribution rates

A study by the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS has found that raising the older workers’ Central Provident Fund rates could help seniors save up to $145,000 more for their retirement, encouraging them to remain employed; and also help younger workers save more while they work.
