Can the US' "principled security" network guarantee peace for Asia?

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, noted that the “principled security network” would be more acceptable for Asia than it would be to China as the latter has a different interpretation on the concept of collective security.
