Cancer is not a curse

Asst Prof Balamurugan A Vellayappan of the Dept of Medicine at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine noted from his personal experience with patients that a diagnosis of cancer comes as a wake-up call for them, in that they take stock of what is important in their lives.
