CGIO and SID present 2015 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard

According to the 2015 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard released by the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), in partnership with the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations (CGIO) at NUS Business School, the 100 largest Singapore-listed companies as a group improved their corporate governance standards relative to their peers in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
