Challenges and opportunities for China amid global supply chain crisis

Assoc Prof Gu Qingyang, Director of Chinese Executive Education at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, discussed the challenges facing China amid the global supply chain crisis brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. He suggested possible ways in which China could reconfigure its future supply chain, including localisation, regionalisation, as well as diversification of its global networks.
