China and the North Korean nuclear crisis

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, opined that China needs to take decisive action soon with regard to the spate of nuclear tests by North Korea, to avoid a major nuclear crisis in the region that can lead to disastrous outcomes for itself.
