China can be world's academic leader

Prof Asit K. Biswas and Mr Kris Hartley from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that China is poised for global academic leadership in the 21st century but to hasten this process, the country must address three issues: language, openness and image.
