China committed to making significant strides in technology

Prof John Wong, Professorial Fellow at the East Asian Institute at NUS, discussed recent efforts by China to develop its science and technology sector. He opined that China will continue to make technological breakthroughs in the future, but few in the near term will be ground-breaking.
