China need not take the path of western democracy

At a panel discussion on China and the democracy model that was co-organised by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS and Harvard Kennedy School, Prof Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of the Lee Kuan Yee School of Public Policy, noted that the democracy model should be seen as something that needs to be worked on continuously.
