Distinguished Visiting Prof Asit K. Biswas of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, as well as Mr Augustin Boey and Dr Cecilia Tortajada of the Institute of Water Policy in the same School, assessed Singapore's future in terms of climate change, energy and water security.
