To curb greater environmental harm, Asst Prof Cohen from the Dept of Civil and Environmental Engineering at NUS Faculty of Engineering opined that besides putting government policy in place, more needs to be done in terms of reinforcing interaction amongst schools, the media as well as the public, and at the same time, environmental education needs to be reinforced so as to change one’s habits.
