Comparison of Singapore and Hong Kong government budgets

Adjunct Prof Ker Sin Tze from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS compared the recent budgets of Singapore and Hong Kong. He noted that unlike Hong Kong, Singapore raised taxes because Singapore had to rely on itself for its defence and foreign affairs matters.
