Completed private apartment prices fall in Feb
NUS’ flash estimates for its Singapore Residential Price Index revealed that prices of completed private apartments and condominiums in Singapore fell again by 0.5 per cent in February 2019. The decline was driven by a 1.5 per cent drop in prices for apartments in the central region, excluding small units.
