Corporate governance study: S’pore firms can do better

Singapore firms still have some way to go with regards to good corporate governance practices, especially in the area of diversity based on a report by the Asean Capital Markets Forum and the Asian Development Bank, which assessed 100 largest listed firms in six Asean nations. The Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations at NUS Business School helped to compile the Singapore report.
