Docs studying if 'special drink' will curb gestational diabetes

A team of 2ers from NUHS, NUS and A*STAR are conducting a study – named Nutritional Intervention Preconception and during Pregnancy to Maintain Healthy Glucose Levels and Offspring Health (NiPPeR) – to see if a special drink taken by women before they conceive and throughout their pregnancy could help them maintain healthy sugar levels.
