Dr Koh Poh Koon: Singapore and Jiangsu can increase collaboration in healthcare sector

Dr Koh Poh Koon, Minister of State for Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Trade and Industry, visited the NUS (Suzhou) Research Institute and noted that Singapore and Suzhou can do more in terms of retraining medical personnel and the provision of care for the aged.
