Dr Li Nan: China's military reform brings new challenges

Dr Li Nan from the East Asian Institute at NUS noted that while China’s military reform can help consolidate power for the leadership and aid anti-corruption efforts in the country, it has also brought about coordination difficulties among the various departments.
