Eating less rice may not cut diabetes risk

Two studies by researchers from NUS and Duke-NUS Medical School found that those who ate less rice also ate more of everything else to maintain the same calorie intake, and that these substitutes, if not chosen correctly, could increase their risk of diabetes.
