Eleven NUS scientists recognised as world's most influential scientific minds in 2015

Eleven NUS scientists were mentioned in The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds 2015 report, which was released by Thomson Reuters. Among them was Assoc Prof Liu Bin from the Dept of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the NUS Faculty of Engineering. She and her team developed quantum-dot-size organic nanoparticles for cell tracers, which provide real-time tracking of cells and biomolecules for several weeks, among other capabilities, enhancing research in cell biology, disease diagnosis and treatment.
