European decision to join AIIB puts Japan at crossroads

Prof Huang Jing and Dr Tomoo Kikuchi of the Centre on Asia and Globalisation at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS discussed the impact of Britain, Germany, France and Italy joining the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), and shared their views on Japan's refusal to join the AIIB.
