Finally, a licensed dengue vaccine

Prof Duane J. Gubler from Duke-NUS Medical School opined that despite a 60 per cent efficacy in the first dengue vaccine, it may cut dengue burden substantially in many countries. Integration of the vaccine with other strategies should ensure a more substantial public health impact in the long run.
