Governance of trusts: sunny, with a chance of isolated showers

Assoc Prof Mak Yuen Teen from the Dept of Accounting at NUS Business School and Mr Chew Yi Hong, an active investor and a researcher in corporate governance, assessed this year’s Governance Index for Trusts (GIFT), the first-ever published governance index in Singapore specifically developed for listed real estate investment trusts and business trusts in Singapore.
