Government matchmaking programmes need a rethink to get singles to mingle

Dr Kelvin Seah from the Dept of Economics at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences opined that it has been more than 30 years since the Social Development Unit was formed, the Government’s matchmaking programmes might be in need of a review.
