NUS President Professor Tan Chorh Chuan, together with CEO of National Research Foundation Professor Low Teck Seng and NTU President Professor Bertil Andersson, penned an article on the history and successes of the Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE), which will celebrate its 10th year next month. CREATE, which is situated in NUS University Town, brings together researchers from top universities including NUS to develop technology that will improve lives and lead to new enterprises.
