How should Singapore go about having religious discourse on social issues, especially contentious ones?

Dr Mathew Mathews and Melvin Tay both from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS noted that with more people not affiliated with religion, alongside ever-evolving dilemmas on morality, the relevance of traditional religious viewpoints may come increasingly into question.
