How vulnerable is S’pore to climate change?

Asst Prof Winston Chow from the Dept of Geography at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences pointed out that water use in Singapore is still high relative to other cities and opined that individual and commercial water demand can be lowered to reduce drought vulnerability.
