Idea by NUS students for public to “vote” with trash bring a cleaner environment

A group of NUS students conducted a month-long pilot project with West Mall with the aim of reducing littering. To encourage members of the public to dispose of their trash properly, specially designed rubbish bins that served as “voting” bins to simple fun questions were placed outside the shopping mall.
