In good social policy, every child matters

Dr Mathew Mathews from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS discussed the financial and housing help for families with children announced in the 2016 Budget, and noted that the measures to reduce inequality give children from disadvantaged backgrounds a greater chance of success.
