India’s Aadhaar identity scheme: Challenges ahead

Dr Duvvuri Subbarao, Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow and Dr Rahul Nath Choudhury, Visiting Research Fellow from the Institute of South Asian Studies at NUS noted that the challenge for the Indian government over the Aadhaar scheme, which gives unique biometric identity number to all citizens of the country, is to navigate the huge grey area between the good and the bad.
