Inspiring achievers, pioneers honoured

Mr Ahmad Abdurrahman Hanifah Marican and Ms Amalina Ridzuan from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine received the Berita Harian Inspiring Young Achiever Award for their achievements as student role models of the Malay/Muslim community. They were the first two students from madrasahs to be offered places in a Singapore medical school.
