Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies to introduce real estate heatmap for free

The Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies at NUS will be launching three research projects: a heatmap which allows the public to check the demand and price fluctuations of private housing in all parts of Singapore; an "artificial intelligence appraiser" tool which uses an automatic valuation model to calculate the current value of a private home based on several attributes; and a risk premium index for local S-REITs which allows investors to know the level of risk of individual trusts.
