Is the highest-ranked school the right one for your child?
Prof Roland Cheo from the Dept of Economics at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences conducted an experiment that tested the maths ability of students in China and concluded that it is not always true that the higher-ranked school is the right school, and that the right school is the one where the student can perform at his best.
