Leave no one behind in move to digital economy

Dr Carol Soon from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS proposed that a subject like programming, pitched at the right level and offered as a non-examinable subject, be introduced at the upper primary school levels so that everyone, including those who are economically disadvantaged, is included in Singapore’s transformation into a digital economy.
