Link retirement and re-employment ages to dynamic measure of life-expectancy: IPS researchers

Senior Research Fellow Christopher Gee and Research Associate Damien Huang from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS have recommended that retirement and re-employment ages be based on health-adjusted life expectancy, which is the average number of years a Singaporean might be expected to live in full health.
