Make or break for Vietnam in the TPP era?

Assoc Prof Tan Khee Giap, Ms Nguyen Le Phuong Anh and Mr Luu Nguyen Trieu Duong from the Asia Competitiveness Institute at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS shared that three pillars of policy reform are required – deepening reform of state-owned enterprises; building transparent corporate governance; upgrading labour skills – for Vietnam to remedy its lack of competitiveness.
