Malaysia GE a wake-up call on China projects

Assoc Prof (Practice) James Crabtree and Mr Blake Berger from the Centre on Asia and Globalisation at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that the Malaysia’s election result is likely to see a partial reversal of the country’s recent ardently pro-Chinese foreign policy, and that it ought to act as a wake-up call for Beijing and prompt a rethink of China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
