Missing link in the diversity debate

Assoc Prof Mak Yuen Teen from the Dept of Accounting at NUS Business School and Mr Chris Bennett, noted the lack of gender diversity on Singapore boards and discussed the various implications of diversity that may go some way in explaining the ambiguous results about the link between board diversity and financial performance.
