More efforts required to eliminate discrimination at workplace

Dr Gillian Koh, Deputy Director (Research) and Senior Research Fellow, and Mr Damien Huang, Research Associate, both from the Institute of Policy Studies at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS opined that while guiding principles and increased penalties are effective deterrent measures, human resources managers play an important role in self-monitoring, as well as in maintaining diversity, inclusive and fair employment practices in their organisations.
