Most coral species here resilient to projected rise in sea levels

A team of marine biologists, led by Asst Prof Huang Danwei from the Dept of Biological Sciences at the NUS Faculty of Science, has found that close to 99 per cent of the total community of corals around Pulau Hantu and Pulau Satumu are likely to survive in the event of rising sea levels, at least in the next 80 years or so.
