Homegrown venture Amerald sees value abroad

Jeffrey Tan, Gary Wong and Goh Yue Quan, students from the NUS Business School observed that the Enterprise 50 (E50) Award winner, a home grown property developer Amerald Land has thrived and is in the midst of an overseas expansion drive despite the government's introduction of successive cooling measures to dampen growing demand in the Singapore property market.
