Insects that work to support the ecosystem

Mr Tan Ming Kai and Assoc Prof Hugh Tan from the Dept of Biological Sciences at NUS Faculty of Science found that some grasshoppers and crickets pollinate flowers in the same way butterflies and bees do. The findings help farmers distinguish potential pollinators from pests.
