S’pore made test helps solve virus mystery

A new serological test, which was developed by Duke-NUS Medical School, helped the authorities to track the infection to two travellers from Wuhan relating to the clusters at the Grace Assembly of God church and The Life Church and Missions. The test can detect coronavirus infections even in recovered patients. Instead of detecting the virus itself, the new test detects antibodies in the blood.
