Tommy Koh among 10 Asean recipients of India’s Padma Shri Award

Singapore’s Ambassador-at-large Prof Tommy Koh, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Centre for International Law and Rector of Tembusu College at NUS, was chosen as one of the 10 individuals from Asean to receive India’s Padma Shri Award, among the highest civilian honours given by India.
