Why is Singapore’s adult vaccination rate so low?

Assoc Prof Hsu Li Yang, Head and Co-director respectively of the Infectious Diseases and Global Health programmes at the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health; and Associate Professor Alex Richard Cook, Vice Dean (Research) at the same school, suggested that to significantly improve adult vaccination coverage in Singapore, an important step is to encourage primary care physicians to recommend vaccinations for their patients.
