NUS archaeologist reveals findings on the Malay Community

A study by Prof John N. Miksic from NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences revealed that the Malay community is a diligent and active community. He discovered about 300,000 archaeological evidence closely related to the Malay community which showed that members of the community had held various responsibilities and active roles from being in the field of craftsmanship to trade and accountancy, as far back as 700 years ago.
