NUS industrial design student designs new SCDF ambulance

NUS industrial design student Mr Yeo Ren Jie was part of a five-man Singapore Civil Defence Force team who designed a new SCDF ambulance. The ambulance has a suite of new features, such as a hydraulic platform with air suspension to cushion shocks for patients with spinal injuries, and a seamless interior that can be quickly decontaminated.
