NUS President: Universities must change how they teach to cultivate all-rounders in workplace

Speaking at the sidelines of the Summit on Transformational Leadership for Global Universities organised by NUS and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, NUS President Prof Tan Chorh Chuan shared that companies in the future would need more well-rounded individuals who are able to adapt well to the changing environment and market conditions. He added that universities should change their 1al models and enhance student’s competitiveness through more global immersion programmes.
