NUS SRPI: Resale price of non-landed private homes rose 0.6 per cent in January

The NUS Singapore Residential Price Index released on 28 Feb 2020 revealed that the resale price of small apartments increased the most, up 1 per cent, while that of non-landed private homes (excluding small apartments) in the central district and those outside the central district increased by 0.9 per cent and 0.3 per cent respectively.
